Bay Area Houston is a great place to live, raise a family, and build a business, and we love living and working here.

 

The Bay Area has been very good to us, and we believe in giving back to the community and trying to help make Bay Area Houston a great place to live.

 

Space City Films president Marc Havican is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Houston Economic Development Foundation, and volunteers on several committees within the organization.

 

As parents ourselves, we believe that the future of our community rests in the hands of our children. We host youth group and Scout troop visits to our facility, and Marc mentors students from area high schools each semester as part of the Clear Creek Independent School District's Independent Study Mentorship Program. We reach out to the drama departments in the district, and involve drama students in our productions when possible. We share tips on how to audition and techniques for performing in front of the camera.

 

Space City Films sponsors several community events on the Bay Area, and we have

a real passion for our annual model car contest, the Space City Nationals Model Car Contest and Scale Automotive Expo.
